    We request a 24-hour notice for cancellations to allow us to reassign our staff. If we arrive at your location and are unable to access the property or are turned away, a $40 fee will be applied.
  • Will you remind me that you're coming to clean?

    We can provide reminders via email, text, or phone call if requested. For our regular weekly and bi-weekly customers, we do not typically send confirmations unless specifically asked. For all other appointments, we do provide reminders.
  • Do I have to be home when you come to clean?

    Your presence is not required during the cleaning process. As long as we can arrange access to your home, we are able to perform our services while you are away, allowing you to return to a freshly cleaned space.
  • Do I have to sign a contract?

    No contract is required to use our services. We offer flexible scheduling options, including weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly services, but we are also available for one-time cleanings whenever you need assistance.
  • Will you send a bill?

    Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, and cash. Upon request, we are happy to provide a receipt for your records.
